Raw scanning data and reproducibility package for uncertainty-aware multiscale elemental phenotyping of pear bud

This record contains the original scanning data, analysis model/code, and documentation required to reproduce the analyses reported in the associated manuscript, Uncertainty-Aware Multiscale Elemental Phenotyping of Pear Bud by Femtosecond Laser Ablation ICP-TOF-MS. The dataset supports the reproduction of a measurement-uncertainty-aware workflow for multiscale elemental phenotyping of dormant pear bud cryosections. The associated analysis code/model implements the main computational steps used in the manuscript, including uncertainty propagation, foreground extraction, channel reliability assessment, superpixel-based macroregion segmentation, uncertainty-weighted elemental network analysis, independent component analysis, and secondary partitioning of microregional elemental phenotypes. This record is intended as a reproducibility package for the associated manuscript. It includes the original scanning data and the files necessary to reproduce the reported analyses. It does not include reconstructed image cubes, processed intermediate datasets, or additional derived data products beyond those required for reproducibility. The data are associated with fsLA-ICP-TOF-MS elemental imaging of dormant pear buds, with independent XRF imaging used for cross-modality comparison in the manuscript. Users should cite the associated article and this Zenodo record when reusing the data or analysis package.
