Data and Code repositories accompanying: Perks, Petkova, Muller et al. (2025). "Connectome analysis of a cerebellum-like circuit for sensory prediction." This repository contains: efish_em_ELL: Jupyter notebooks and Python utilities for processing and analyzing the connectomic dataset of the electrosensory lobe (ELL) of an African pulse-type electric fish as well as Matlab scripts for creating and simulating models of the ELL circuit. EM_data_published: Processed data and supporting files needed to reproduce the published results according to efish_em_ELL.
