Hormonal and clinical dataset of women with amenorrhea and delayed menstruation in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

The information presented in this study describes the endocrine profiles of 25 women (aged 14–50) from the Kurdistan region of Iraq who exhibit amenorrhea or delayed menstruation. The five primary hormonal causes found in the data are Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Thyroid Dysfunction, Diminished Ovarian Reserve (Low AMH), Ovarian Insufficiency (elevated FSH/LH), and Hyperprolactinemia.
