10-hour timelapse of the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ, which has the destruction box region of the CLB2 gene, on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisia, are growing in 2% raffinose, since this mutation is inviable in glucose. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a control are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665. The images from two experiments done with the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ are available as CIL:39626-39645 and CIL:39666-39685.

本数据集包含针对出芽酵母细胞周期调控系统的10小时延时成像影像，实验样本为双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ，该突变体携带CLB2基因的破坏盒区域。实验所用酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）在2%棉子糖培养基中培养，原因是该双突变体在葡萄糖培养基中无法存活。以野生型酿酒酵母为对照的两组实验所得影像的编号范围为CIL:39606–39625及CIL:39646–39665。双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ对应的两组实验影像编号范围为CIL:39626–39645及CIL:39666–39685。
