RNAseq of Bemisia tabaci MEAM1 on limited amount of tissues

We have obtained RNAseq data from salivary glands of a single whitefly, one whitefly head and pools of ten whitefly heads using a single cell-like approach. Our approach can be used as a reproducible and sensitive alternative to bulk RNAseq.

本研究通过单细胞技术，从单个白飞虱的唾液腺、单个白飞虱头部及其十个头部混合样本中获得了RNA测序数据。本研究方法可作为批量RNA测序的再现性与高灵敏度替代方案。
