Impact Cubed’s Social data module helps investors gain a comprehensive understanding of how companies manage and perform across key social dimensions that affect long-term value creation and stakeholder trust. By combining measurable factors of workforce representation, equitable treatment, employee wellbeing, and corporate governance, the dataset provides transparent, comparable insights into how companies treat their employees and uphold responsible business practices. This methodology measures companies’ commitment to fair labour, inclusive governance, and ethical behaviour throughout their operations and supply chains.

**Data Structure**
The Social dataset covers 51 factors under five categories: Gender & Pay Equity; Governance; Culture; Health, Safety & Labor; and Race & Ethnicity.
The dataset covers nearly 30,000 publicly listed issuers globally, includes time-series data dating back to 2015, and is updated on a quarterly basis. Coverage can be customised and expanded to additional public or private companies upon client request.
