Montelukast effect on chicken neuron metabolomics

Metabolomics data from chicken embryonic neurons (both immature and mature) treated with montelukast. Cells were collected for metabolic extraction and mass spectrometry-based metabolomics using two chromatography modes (RP and HILIC) with two MS modes (ESI positive and ESI negative) on a Bruker Impact II QqTOF. Raw data were converted to mzXML with ProteoWizard.
