Transcriptome analysis for Anguilla japonica leptocephalus and glass eel derived from two different diets

Characteristics of gene expression of Anguilla japonica leptocephalus and glass eel derived from two different diets were investigated by RNA-seq analysis. This project is part of a study to reveal A.japonica seedling characteristics from old-type and new-type diets.
