Employee Preferences for Leadership Characteristics in Accredited Higher Education Institutions: A Study of Universities in Jakarta
收藏资源简介:
The dataset consists of 55 valid responses collected through a structured questionnaire administered to employees working in higher education institutions. The survey includes respondents' demographic characteristics, such as age, gender, educational attainment, job position, length of employment, and department, along with 21 Likert-scale items measuring leadership characteristics. These items assess key dimensions of effective leadership, including inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and idealized influence. Responses were recorded using a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The dataset is appropriate for descriptive statistics, reliability and validity assessment, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling to examine leadership characteristics in the higher education context.
