This file contains transcriptome-wide expression plots in control (blue) and Dicer KO animals (red) for mRNA (left panels) and pre-mRNA. The two time series are plotted together in the same graph (vertical lines connect the data points from the two series). Abscissas show Zeitgeber Time, left ordinates RPKM values, right ordinates raw read number only normalised to sequencing depth in the samples. The organisation into folders A-P corresponds to the sectors in the Venn diagram shown in Figure 4A.本文件包含针对信使RNA（mRNA，左图面板）与前体mRNA（pre-mRNA）的、分别来自对照组（蓝色标记）与Dicer基因敲除（Dicer KO）动物组（红色标记）的转录组全范围表达谱图。各图均将两条时间序列绘制于同一坐标系内，垂直线用于连接两组序列对应的数据点。横坐标为授时时间（Zeitgeber Time），左侧纵坐标为RPKM值（Reads Per Kilobase per Million mapped reads），右侧纵坐标为仅按样本测序深度归一化的原始读段数。按文件夹A-P进行的分类，对应图4A所示维恩图（Venn Diagram）的各个扇区。
