Whole genome sequencing of standard mixed microbial sample

Whole genome sequencing of ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community StandardBIOMICS Microbial Community Standard. Sequencing was performed using two different library preparation methods to validate a novel sample preparation workflow. Sample makeup is Listeria monocytogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Lactobacillus fermentum, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Cryptococcus neoformans. Samples were prepared using chemical lysis and enzyme cocktail lysis.
