The law on the development plan Bramfeld 7 of 21 October 1963 (HmbGVBl. P. 191), amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 496), is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Ordinance amending the The law on the development plan Bramfeld 7" is
Added the law. 2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added:

‘5.
In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments are prohibited.
By way of exception, retail trade in connection with crafts and manufacturing, as well as establishments dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally land-based articles, including accessories or building materials, tools, garden equipment or other construction and garden supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles.
Excluded from this is the hatched area of the parcel 2177 of the Bramfeld district.
Relevant is the Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).
Point 4 shall remain unaffected in this respect.’
