This study aimed to elucidate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of THCQT on vascular endothelial injury caused by HBSS. The HBSS model was induced by repeated injection of LPS into the tail vein for 21 days and 24 hours, and the pharmacodynamic evaluation was performed. Proteomic and transcriptomic analysis was performed to elucidate the effects of THCQT on mRNA and protein expression levels in rats. Differentially expressed genes and differentially expressed proteins were enriched by GO and KEGG, and further verified by quantitative Real-time PCR and western blot analysis.
