ANSYS 13.0-Fluent software was used to solve the mathematical model to help find the optimum configuration of a heat exchanger in an indirect heating integrated collector storage solar water heating system. Two different configurations were investigated, one with double row heat exchanger and one with single row. The two configurations were modeled using two different service water flow rates and two pipe diameters. The single row heat exchanger with the larger pipe diameter needed the lowest power to run with reasonable outlet temperature.
本研究采用ANSYS 13.0-Fluent软件求解该数学模型,以优化间接加热式集热储热一体化太阳能热水系统中换热器(heat exchanger)的最优配置方案。本次研究共考察两种不同的换热器构型:一种为双排换热器,另一种为单排换热器。针对这两种构型,分别采用两种不同的生活用水流量与两种管径开展建模仿真。结果表明,采用较大管径的单排换热器,在可获得合理出水温度的前提下,所需运行功耗最低。
