Albstadt (Pfeffingen) – modification of the development plan “In change – between buildings 5 and 13”

The development plan (binding land management plan) is developed from the land use plan. It concretises the representations of the land use plan in a parcel-sharp manner. For example, a residential area shown in the land use plan can be developed into both a pure and a general residential area. The development plan includes the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and thus creates the conditions for the development of land. These determination options are finally regulated in the Building Code and can only be applied for urban planning reasons.
