Effect of transcription inhibitor DRB on gene expression under KRASG12V induction of SAEC

To investigate RNA expression sensitive to DRB, we induced KRASG12V in SAEC cells with or without DRB treatment. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different conditions. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for SAEC cells with or without DRB treatment.
