MALDI-TOF (MALDI Biotyper) Filamentous Fungi Database

This is a MALDI-TOF database for installation in MALDI Biotyper instruments. It consists of 333 main spectra (MSP) belonging to 60 species of filamentous fungi. All of them have been identified at species level by molecular methods.本数据集为可安装于MALDI Biotyper仪器中的基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱（MALDI-TOF）数据库。该库包含隶属于60个丝状真菌物种的333条主光谱（main spectra, MSP），所有主光谱均已通过分子生物学方法完成物种水平鉴定。
