Genotypic_data_Provenances_Teak_Natural_Distribution

The same data as in the Genotypic_data_Provenances_Teak_Natural_Distribution.xlsx file (described above), just given as comma delimited file format, starting with one line giving the headings for the rest of the data. “Sample No.” is an arbitrary number for the samples within provenances. This is not a unique number; several samples have the same sample no. (e.g. “1”). “Population” is the name/number of the provenances. The following 12 numbers (2 for each of the 6 SSRs) are the SSR data coming in the form of alleles coded as their integer size in base pairs (bp).
