Clean Corridor Coalition Corridors in New Jersey

C3 was awarded a $249 million grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) program in July 2024. The coalition is led by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in partnership with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Delaware Department of Transportation, Maryland Department of Transportation, and Maryland Department of the Environment (collectively, the Coalition States). C3 will fund charging infrastructure for electric MHDVs in a future solicitation, provide technical assistance to charging site developers and related stakeholders, deliver training, provide support services to establish a skilled workforce in the region, conduct meaningful community engagement around benefits and impacts, and support planning and coordination activities by states and stakeholders along the corridor.
