Logbook of use permits and decisions on integrated environmental protection conditions

The database shall be made publicly available on the Agency’s website. There is a possibility to register users at different levels.

The logbook is the central source of information in the Republic of Croatia on the issued use permits, which set out the integrated environmental protection requirements and decisions on integrated environmental protection requirements for existing installations. The database currently contains data for 162 legal entities, i.e. 217 installations for which information on the issued operating permit has been provided. The database also contains the issued acts themselves.

A list of companies for which information has been provided on the issued use permit setting out a consolidated environmental protection requirements for installations or decisions on integrated environmental protection conditions and a list of issued acts for each installation.

Legal basis: Decree on Environmental Permit (OG 8/14), Ordinance on the Register of Use Permits, which set out the consolidated environmental protection requirements and the decision on integrated environmental protection requirements for existing installations (Official Gazette 113/08).

Targeted beneficiaries: Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy, inspection services, professional and general public.
