This dataset includes 252 U.S. court litigation cases, which are categorized based on their fair use-related outcomes. It not only features detailed reasoning chains of fair use court proceedings, but also intends to offer a foundational understanding of fair use principle analysis. Spanning 14 distinct scenarios, this dataset is developed for the task of conducting legal analysis and gaining comprehension of the fair use doctrine.
