RNA-sequence of epithelial-specific active mTOR transgenic mouse lung

The purpose of this study is to identify the roles of epithelial active mTOR in lung fibrosis. We generated Sftpc-mTOR transgeneic mice, in which active mTOR is conditionally expressed in alveolar epithelial type II cells (AECII). We obtained AECII from mice and performed RNA sequencing. We extracted mRNA of AECII from 14-week-old wild type and active mTOR conditional transgenic mice.
