To validate the results in primary endothelial cells including HUVECs and HMVECs, the effect of HEY1 SUMOylation on angiogenic functions was examined in MLECs isolated form Hey1 iEC-KO HEY1-WT/3KR iEC-KI mice. Samples were MLECs isolated form Hey1 iEC-KO HEY1-WT/3KR iEC-KI mice. Six samples were divided into two groups: HEY1-WT iEC-KI group and HEY1-3KR iEC-KI group. There are 3 replicates in each group.
