Gro-seq analysis following NOTCH1 inhibition and release gave an ovierview of the kinetics of NOTCH1 dependent transcriptional regulatiion NOTCH1-driven T-ALL cell line CUTLL1 was treated with gamma-secretase inhibitor (gSI) for 72 hours. Dynamic gene expression pattern was followed by GRO-Seq upon release of gSI after 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 hours.
