Genetic circuit 0x58 replicates and modified. Escherichia coli

We report the characterization of the 0x58 circuit, a modified version and wild-type cells not containing any circuit. Data is collected for all input inducer combinations and cells harboring the circuit are grown in culture tubes. Overall design: Examination of two replicates of the 0x58 circuit and 1 modified circuit grown for different combinations of inducer in culture tubes.
