WFS INSPIRE BPL Change and recast

WFS service of the urban development plan “Im Sändel 3 Modification and Recast” of the city of Eberbach, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.埃伯巴赫市"Im Sändel 3 修改与重编"城市发展规划的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，依据《欧盟空间信息基础设施指令》（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）完成转换。
