Raw data supporting: Dynamic regulation of the choroid plexus vascular barrier controls brain metastasis formation

This dataset contains the raw data supporting the study “Dynamic regulation of the choroid plexus vascular barrier controls brain metastasis formation”.It includes quantitative fluorescence measurements from confocal microscopy, raw confocal image files (.lif), flow cytometry data files (.fcs), and ex vivo bioluminescence imaging (IVIS) data from murine models of breast cancer brain metastasis.The dataset also includes anonymised numerical data from retrospective analyses of circulating biomarkers (PV1 and LBP) in breast and lung cancer patients.All numerical values underlying the figures and statistical analyses are provided, together with detailed metadata and experimental context.Data are shared in compliance with ethical and institutional regulations.本数据集包含支撑研究《脉络丛血管屏障的动态调控控制脑转移形成》（Dynamic regulation of the choroid plexus vascular barrier controls brain metastasis formation）的原始实验数据。数据集涵盖乳腺癌脑转移小鼠模型的共聚焦显微镜定量荧光测量结果、原始共聚焦图像文件（.lif格式）、流式细胞术数据文件（.fcs格式），以及离体生物发光成像（IVIS）数据。此外，本数据集还包含针对乳腺癌与肺癌患者循环生物标志物PV1与LBP的回顾性分析所得的匿名化数值数据。所有支撑图表绘制与统计分析的数值数据均已完整提供，同时附带详细的元数据与实验背景信息。本数据集的共享严格遵循伦理规范与机构相关管理规定。
