Gene expression in two Tigriopus californicus populations during acute copper and heat exposure

Paired end reads from an RNA-seq experiment involving two Tigriopus californicus populations from Bodega Bay and La Jolla. Pools of adult males from each population were exposed to 24 hrs of control (20C, no copper), heat (35C, no copper) or copper (20C, 60 mg/L Cu) prior to RNA extraction. Sequencing was performed to evaluate the similarities between the gene expression responses to both stressors.
