Genome sequencing of Clostera restitura
收藏资源简介:
This project conducts whole - genome sequencing of Clostera restitura, a forest pest, aiming to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying biological processes such as its growth and development, reproduction, immunity, and chemosensation. The study combines the DNBSEQ high - throughput sequencing platform with the PacBio single - molecule real - time sequencing technology to generate a vast amount of short - and long - read sequence data. Through rigorous data filtering, assembly, and annotation processes, a high - quality genome map has been constructed. These raw data completely retain the information of the sequencing process, providing fundamental resources for in - depth exploration of the gene functions of Clostera restitura, promoting research on forest pest control, and advancing the field of insect genomics.
