Organic geochemical data for the ash leaching and photoirradiation experiment. Quantitative measurements include whole water concentrations of dissolved organic carbon (DOC), dissolved black carbon (DBC), benzenehexacarboxylic acid (B6CA), and benzenepentacarboxylic acid (B5CA), where the error shown in parentheses below each value is the standard deviation of treatment replicates. Qualitative measurements include the ratio of DBC:SPE-DOC, the ratio of B6CA:B5CA, and the stable carbon isotopic (δ¹³C) values of SPE-DOC, B6CA, and B5CA, where the error shown in parentheses below each value is the standard deviation of treatment replicates or offset correction, whichever is larger.
