Data and code associated with the publication: Echolocating bats adjust sonar call features and head/ear position as they track moving targets in the presence of clutter

This dataset is the data that was used to create the manuscript, “Echolocating bats adjust sonar call features and head/ear position as they track moving targets in the presence of clutter”, which brings novel findings to the field of bat research https://doi.org/10.1121/10.0036252. Dataset contains the necessary files and code scripts to recreate the data driven figures in the manuscript using Matlab standard formats (.m and .mat). Code scripts are titled Fig#_code.m and are associated with the respective figure number they recreate. There is one additional script included that is needed to run one of the figure-based scripts. Data is contained in the AudioData and VideoData folders. These data are pre-processed data from the raw audio data files and video data files that were collected during experimental trials. (2025-03)
