In order to investigate the effect of Hippo pathway in pancreatic endorince specification and differentiaion, single nucleus RNA seq was performed using mouse pancreatic tissues with Lats1&2 deletion in NGN3+ cells (NL mice). Wild type mice pancreatic tissues were also subject to same analysis as a control. Single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) analysis was performed using E17.5 pancreata from 1 control and 2 NL mice.
