High-resolution RGB image dataset of blueberry plants with polygon-based annotations for canopy segmentation, area estimation, and size classification

This dataset contains 2,043 high-resolution RGB images of blueberry (Vaccinium spp.) plants collected at the Rohu Experimental Site of the Estonian University of Life Sciences, Tartu, Estonia. Images were acquired from a near top-view perspective under natural sunlight on four dates in August and September 2025. The dataset includes polygon-based canopy annotations for each image, from which canopy area is computed. Canopy size-class labels are derived from these area measurements. It is intended for applications in canopy segmentation, area estimation, size classification, plant phenotyping, and precision agriculture.本数据集包含2043幅高分辨率RGB图像，拍摄对象为蓝莓（越橘属，Vaccinium spp.）植株，采集自爱沙尼亚生命科学大学位于塔尔图市的罗胡试验基地。图像采用近俯视视角拍摄，于2025年8月至9月的四个日期完成采集，拍摄过程采用自然日光照明。本数据集为每张图像提供了基于多边形的冠层标注，可通过该标注计算冠层面积；冠层尺寸分级标签由上述面积测量结果推导得到。本数据集可应用于冠层分割、面积估算、尺寸分级、植物表型分析以及精准农业等相关应用场景。
