Baicalein Alleviates Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure by Promoting TREM2-dependent Macrophage Polarization

Liver tissues from C57BL/6 mice with an ACLF model, subjected to either baicalein treatment or saline treatment, were collected. Bulk-RNA sequencing of liver tissues was used to explore the potential molecular mechanism of baicalein in alleviating ACLF. Overall design: Comparative gene expressionprofling analysis of RNA-seq data contains four samples. Two livers from saline group were named ”ACLF1“ and ”ACLF2",while another two livers from bacalein group were named "BA1" and "BA2".
