Gut microbiome of pediatric oncology patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Gut microbiome is a rich source of resistant bacteria potentially associated with febrile neutropenia outcome after HSCT. Characterisation of the gut microbiota resistome through shot-gun metagenome sequencing enabled to identify multiresistant bacteria.
