mRNA sequence for UMR2-705

This dataset contains mRNA expression data from in vitro–cultured CD4⁺Foxp3⁺ regulatory T cells (Tregs) treated with the TNFR2 agonist peptide UMR2-705. UMR2-705 was previously identified through phage display screening as a selective Treg-expanding peptide. To explore the transcriptional effects of UMR2-705 on Tregs, purified Treg cells were isolated and stimulated with the peptide under defined culture conditions. RNA was extracted and analyzed at the mRNA level to assess transcriptional changes associated with Treg activation. These data support the role of UMR2-705 in promoting Treg-associated gene expression and provide a molecular basis for its observed immunomodulatory activity.
