Cannabinoid signaling modulation through JZL184 restores key phenotypes of a mouse model for Williams- Beuren syndrome

JZL184 treatment restores neurological and cardiac phenotypes of a mouse model of Williams-Beuren syndrome RNA-Seq was used to obtain mRNA profiles of wild-type and WBS-CD mouse model, treated and non-treated with JZL184. To analyze the basal differences, two wild-type non-treated replicates and three WBS-CD non-treated replicates were used. To analyze the effect of the treatment, three biological replicates of wild-type and three biological replicates of WBS-CD treated with JZL184 were also analyzed.
