RWPP SAFRAM Restricted Areas

For PPRTs, the environmental code defines a single category of zones for zones (L515-15 et seq.): areas at risk. Unlike natural RPPs, PPRTs never have restricted areas that are not directly exposed to risk.Depending on the hazard level, each TPP area is subject to enforceable regulation. The PPRT regulations generally distinguish between two types of areas:1- “Building prohibited areas”, known as “red zones”, where the hazard level is high and the general rule is the construction ban;2- “prescribed areas”, so-called “blue zones”, where the hazard level is medium and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of issue. The instructions of the PPRT development guide add a gradation within the “red zones” and “blue zones”.针对技术风险防治规划（PPRT），环境法典针对L515-15条及后续条款所涵盖的区域，划定了单一类别的区域：风险区域。与自然风险防治规划（RPPs）不同，PPRT不存在未直接暴露于风险中的受限区域。根据风险等级的不同，每个TPP区域均需遵守强制性监管要求。PPRT相关法规通常将区域划分为两类： 1. "建筑禁止区域"，又称"红区"，此类区域风险等级较高，原则上禁止一切建设活动； 2. "指定管控区域"，亦称"蓝区"，此类区域风险等级为中等，相关项目需遵循适配具体风险类型的管控要求。PPRT编制指南中的说明进一步对"红区"与"蓝区"内部进行了分级细化。
