The hexane extract of Mahaleb (Prunus mahaleb L.) leaf was analysed using GC-MS.

This report presents the chemical analysis of the hexane extract obtained from the leaves of the Mahaleb plant, also known as Prunus mahalep L., using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). GC-MS is a powerful analytical method that enables the separation and identification of chemical components. In this context, it was used to determine and quantify the compounds in the hexane extract of Mahaleb leaves.本报告针对从马哈利樱桃（Mahaleb plant，学名Prunus mahalep L.）叶片中提取的正己烷提取物开展化学分析，所用分析方法为气相色谱-质谱联用法（Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry，GC-MS）。气相色谱-质谱联用法是一种强有力的分析技术，可实现化学成分的分离与鉴定。本研究中，该技术被用于对马哈利樱桃叶片正己烷提取物中的化合物进行定性与定量分析。
