Norwegian Laboratory Technologists Working Environment and Coping, 1996

This dataset was collected from a survey distributed at the workplace of bioengineers at Norwegian hospitals. The survey was conducted in the spring of 1996. The survey aimed to map out the psychosocial working conditions of bioengineers. The background for the survey is the researchers own experiences of the stress laboratory technologists are exposed to. The survey consists of demographic questions and questions about illness, the Lazarus' Stress Coping Instrument, questions about specific working conditions and Cooper's Job Stress Instrument of workplaces.
