Data and code for manuscript: "Distinct antero-posterior and medio-lateral gait responses to wholebody vibration during treadmill walking: displacement as the dominant predictor"

Five folders are shared, containing all the code and experimental data needed to reproduce all the results in the manuscripts. 1) SpatioTempData. Contains all the data of step frequency, step length, phase timing and step width for all trials. 2) Code_Step_frequency Contains code for analysis of step frequency 3) Code_Step_length Contains code for analysis of step length 4) Code_Phase_timing Contains code for analysis of phase timing 5) Code_Step_width Contains code for analysis of step width For the data folder, the data are in the ‘.mat’ format, the native MATLAB data format. These data files can be opened by MATLAB, python, or Octave. For the code folders, you need MATLAB to run the code or a free software like Octave. The file that starts with 'root...' can be run to produce results.本次共享共包含五个文件夹，涵盖复现论文中全部结果所需的全部代码与实验数据。 1) SpatioTempData：内含所有试验的步频、步长、相位时序及步宽相关全部数据。 2) Code_Step_frequency：包含步频分析相关代码。 3) Code_Step_length：包含步长分析相关代码。 4) Code_Phase_timing：包含相位时序分析相关代码。 5) Code_Step_width：包含步宽分析相关代码。 关于数据文件夹：其内数据采用MATLAB原生数据格式".mat"存储，可通过MATLAB、Python或Octave打开读取。 关于代码文件夹：需使用MATLAB或Octave这类免费软件运行代码，其中以"root..."开头的文件为运行入口，执行该文件即可生成对应实验结果。
