Supplementary dataset- Chapter 3

This dataset includes supplementary material for Chapter 3 of the PhD thesis and the related publication in The Journal of Infection (Moallemi et al., 2025). It consists of two files: Excel file: biomarker measurements used in statistical analysis. Word document: supplementary tables and figures summarizing univariate, multivariate, and regression analyses. These data support the study “Early circulating biomarkers to predict plasma leakage in dengue fever”.
