Aggregate membership counts for alternative hemodynamic definitions in electronic health records
收藏资源简介:
This record contains aggregate comparison results for seven hemodynamic operational rules applied within a fixed 563-patient MIMIC-IV version 3.1 record-event cohort. It accompanies the manuscript “Patient selection under alternative hemodynamic definitions in electronic health records”. The files include 42 directional patient-membership comparisons, 21 aggregate fourfold tables and agreement summaries, source data for two figures, operational rule descriptions, and a Python script for checking aggregate counts and proportions. No patient-level records or identifiers are redistributed. The script verifies aggregate accounting; it does not reproduce patient-level extraction or bootstrap estimation. MIMIC-IV is available through credentialed PhysioNet access.
