Lettuce leaf dataset

Dataset of an experiment of differential fertilization on potted lettuces. Two cultivars ("Grand Rapid" and "Red Oakleaf") were subjected to four levels of urea (46% N) fertilization (0, 200, 400 and 800 mg/L N). The experiment took place in the TRIBE Lab (INESC TEC) greenhouse and lasted 42 days. The dataset is composed by: RGB images taken over the growing season; RGB individual leaf images collected during harvest operation; Leaf spectral signature (with AS7341 spectral sensor); Biometric data (e.g., leaf number, leaf thickness, chlorophyll content (SPAD)).
