This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Control index for specialised psychiatric care according to employee survey results. HME stands for Sustainable employee engagement and measures both the level of employee engagement and the ability of managers and the organisation to take advantage of and create engagement. The HME index consists of nine questions that together form a total index for Sustainable Employee Engagement and three sub-indexes; Motivation, Leadership and Governance. Governance consists of the three questions I am familiar with my workplace goals, My workplace goals are followed up and evaluated in a good way, I know what is expected of me in my work. The questions are answered on a scale 1-5 where 1 is very bad and 5 is very correct. The results are then converted into an index with a scale of 0-100. The result for the governance index is an average of the index value of the three questions. A high value indicates a high level of organisation’s governance. It refers to own direction. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
