Shubenacadie Mammals Fecal Metagenome Metagenome

Fecal metagenomic sequencing of the mammal population at the Shubenacadie Wildlife Park. These metagenomic samples were obtained in the hopes of identifying cellulose degrading enzymes in the microbiomes of the Beaver and the Porcupine, while also attempting to compare them to the microbiome of the Arctic wolf and coyote.
