PreProcessed data from the Toxteaging project

This dataset contains the structured and preprocessed data generated within the ToxteAging project. The uploaded ZIP file is organized into four independent data blocks corresponding to four scientific articles:

Published articles (3 blocks) – These folders contain fully preprocessed datasets associated with three studies that have already been published in peer‑reviewed scientific journals. Each block includes cleaned, curated, and well‑structured data matrices ready for statistical analysis.

Article under review (1 block) – This folder contains the dataset linked to a manuscript currently under peer review. The data follow the same preprocessing standards and organizational criteria as the published studies to ensure consistency and reproducibility.

To facilitate data interpretation, the dataset includes a general README file that provides an overview of the structure and content of the repository. In addition, each article-specific block contains its own set of README documents, detailing the variables that were analyzed.

Overall, this dataset is designed to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and the reuse of data for secondary analyses related to the toxicological and aging‑related objectives of the project.
