Ce Metal-Organic Frameworks functionalized with Re derivates: Ce K-edge and Re L3 spectroscopy

Functionalized Metal-Organic-Frameworks are promising as catalysts in various processes, for example CO2 reduction. The system studied here is a Ce-MOF further functionalized with Re derivatives. As this compound does not show a high degree of crystallinity, the XAS data, in particular in the EXAFS region, whill shed light on its tructure near Ce and Re centers.
