10-hour timelapse of the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ, which has the destruction box region of the CLB2 gene, on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisia, are growing in 2% raffinose, since this mutation is inviable in glucose. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a control are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665. The images from two experiments done with the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ are available as CIL:39626-39645 and CIL:39666-39685.

本数据集为携带有CLB2基因破坏盒区域的双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ的10小时延时成像序列，用于探究其在出芽酵母细胞周期控制系统中的功能。实验所用的酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）在2%棉子糖培养基中培养，原因是该双突变体在葡萄糖培养基中无法存活。以野生型酿酒酵母为对照的两组实验对应的影像编号为CIL:39606-39625及CIL:39646-39665；双突变体菌株对应的两组实验影像编号为CIL:39626-39645及CIL:39666-39685。
