实时监测仓面碾压机运行轨迹、速度、动状态、压实度,并在大坝仓面施工数字地图上可视化显示,同时实时自动计算和统计仓面任意位置处的碾压遍数、压实厚度、压实后高程。将施工面的CAD图纸位置与地理信息做匹配标定,得出施工面的地理位置所在平面图的x、y轴数据,通过北斗定位获取碾压机的经纬度以及高程信息,以同样的方式即可实时算出碾压机在图中的位置并且画出轨迹、通过传感技术将碾压机的速度、振动状态实时计算出对应的动静碾状态以及压实信息并且在画面中实时展示,以地理信息的反复的轨迹数据计算出仓面的碾压遍数,以高程信息对比仓面的基础高程可算出压实厚度以及最新高程。
This dataset supports real-time monitoring of the operating trajectory, speed, vibration state and compaction degree of roller compactors on dam lift faces, with all monitored data visually displayed on the digital construction map of the dam lift face. Meanwhile, it automatically calculates and statistically analyzes the number of roller passes, compaction thickness and post-compaction elevation at any position on the dam lift face in real time. Specifically, the CAD drawing positions of the construction face are matched and calibrated with geographic information to obtain the x and y axis coordinates of the plan view corresponding to the geographic location of the construction face. Longitude, latitude and elevation data of the roller compactor are acquired via Beidou positioning, based on which the real-time position of the roller on the digital map can be calculated and its operating trajectory plotted. Through sensing technology, the corresponding static and dynamic compaction states as well as compaction-related information are computed in real time according to the roller's speed and vibration state, and displayed on the interface in real time. The number of roller passes over the dam lift face is calculated based on the repeated trajectory data derived from geographic information, and the compaction thickness and the latest post-compaction elevation are obtained by comparing the collected elevation data with the basic elevation of the dam lift face.
